Mark will be responsible for company growth, overseeing all revenue-generating operations, including service offering development, sales, marketing, product management, partner relationships and client success strategies for the company.

Mark brings to EMMsphere a 25-year track record of spearheading product and service innovation, managing relationships with Fortune 100 companies, consistently growing revenue, managing P&Ls, and cultivating strategic partnerships within the advisory and technology industries. He has proven expertise in developing new service offerings, expanding client portfolios, and leading high-performing teams.
At EMMsphere, Mark will spearhead initiatives to expand markets, build high-performance advisory and professional services teams, and leverage cutting-edge marketing technology—particularly AI and data-driven insights—to drive measurable outcomes for clients. He is passionate about using innovation to elevate marketing operations and digital transformation, setting new industry standards.

Prior to EMMsphere, Mark held senior positions at Accenture, EY, and Aprimo, leading teams through service offering innovation, P&L growth, and client delivery. Previously, Mark served as Senior Vice President Advisory Services with Aprimo, an AI-powered content operations platform to support content and marketing strategies, as well as SVP Global Partnerships and Industry Solutions. While at EY, he was the Executive Director and senior leader for the Integrated Work System practice, including business development, marketing, finance, service offering development, and go to market, bringing advanced work management and profit improvement capabilities to fortune 100 clients. While in senior management positions at Accenture, he introduced new marketing analytics and service offerings, grew client portfolios, managed sales and marketing transformations, and introduced new value propositions to clients, helping grow both the top line and bottom line across Fortune 500 consumer goods and retail clients. Prior, he spent a number of years in B2B SaaS organizations leading new vertical and BU launches, managing strategy, sales operations, acquisitions, and market expansion efforts.
